1. Shipping methods and Delivery time

6. For Undelivered Solution
Parcels may take longer to arrive due to an invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes which cannot be foreseen or avoided such as war, flood, typhoon, storm, earthquake, severe weather conditions, then delivery will be postponed. In the event of such delays, a proper solution will be worked out by to decrease your losses.
For Expedited Shipping Service, if the package does not arrive or is signed by others, please contact us within 1 months of shipment. Our representative of customer service will get back to you to offer a solution within 24-48 hours, overdue requests may not be processed.
